The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan besides the promotion of sanctified purpose of Jihad for the sovereignty of motherland and the implementation of the Islamic Sharia (rule), is focusing on the education and edification of the new generation as well.

Vigilant countrymen and the people of the world are fully aware that the invading forces in Afghanistan and their domestic stooges have inflicted heavy losses on the education system of the state and have misused this phenomenon as negative propaganda against the Islamic Emirate. This ruthless enemy and the circles annexed to it have either changed many schools into ashes or destroyed them in the up and down of the country and have always blamed the Mujahedeen of the Islamic Emirate for it. This is still going on and they misuse it as a depraving asset. As the policy of the Islamic Emirate is based on the rules and regulations of Sharia; and the Holy Prophet of ISLAM says that seeking of knowledge is the duty of every Muslim. So the Islamic Emirate in general does not resist education in the whole country. Of course the Islamic Emirate will not support that curriculum which is the filthy gift of the colonialists. It is a phenomenon by which the transgressors and their in-house agents want to wipe away our Islamic and national values and to replace it by western culture. Obviously it does not mean the opposition of education and educational institutions. It is a just demand for the replacement of this kind of curriculum.

Just now in many parts of the country either by the direct or the indirect support and assistance of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, thousands of schools are on the go and millions of students are studying there. In fact without the support of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan the execution of these schools would not be possible.

But the invaders and their in-house stooges, not only turn a blind eye on this knowledge friendly policy of the Islamic Emirate, but also intentionally accuse the Mujahedeen of the Islamic Emirate when the assigned stooges of the invaders destroy or blaze the schools. Incidents are there, whose perpetrators have confiscated that they have been supported financially and logistically to destroy and ruin these educational institutions.

Let us say that the Islamic Emirate consider education as the need of the new generation and claims the responsibility of its generalization throughout the country. But undeniably a curriculum which manifests our Islamic and national ideals and reflects the vital needs of the nation is also a thing to be wished and strived for. The Islamic Emirate considers the support and implementation of such a curriculum, as its national obligation.
