Resistance attacks target US, Iraqi puppet army
forces in Jazirat al-Khalidiyah area.
In a dispatch posted at 3:36pm Makkah time Thursday
afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces
carried out two attacks in the area of Jazirat al-Khalidiyah, about 80km
west of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam
reported eyewitnesses in Jazirat al-Khalidiyah as saying that one Iraqi
soldier who was on guard duty at a military camp set up in houses robbed
from the population of al-Kartan village was shot to death by an Iraqi
Resistance sharpshooter. The sharpshooter’s bullet struck the Iraqi
puppet army soldier directly, killing him instantly.
In a second attack, an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded
by a US patrol on the rural road to al-Malhimah in the Jazirat al-Khalidiyah
area. The blast disabled a Humvee, wounding three US troops.
Ar-Ramadi.
US troops’ gunfire sets Iraqi fire truck ablaze.
US forces opened fire on an Iraqi fire truck operated
by the puppet "Civil Defense" forces as it raced to an emergency in
ar-Ramadi, al-Jazeera satellite TV reported on Thursday. The fire truck
caught fire as a result of the American gunfire.
Al-Fallujah.
Resistance attacks puppet "Iraqi National Guard"
checkpoint in al-Fallujah Thursday morning.
In a dispatch posted at 11:20am Makkah time Thursday
morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that a short while earlier
Iraqi Resistance fighters had attacked a puppet "Iraqi National Guard"
check point in the Nazal neighborhood in southern al-Fallujah, about 60km
west of Baghdad.

reported eyewitnesses in Nazal as saying that Resistance men equipped with
light arms and rocket launchers attacked the checkpoint, completely
destroying one vehicle and killing four of the puppet "National Guards"
and wounding three more if them.
The puppet "National Guards" opened fire
indiscriminately around the area in response to the attack, severely
wounding one civilian passerby.
Resistance carries out two attacks in al-Fallujah.
In a dispatch posted at 11:15am Makkah time Thursday
morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that fighting broke out between
Iraqi Resistance fighters and puppet Iraqi Army troops in the Nuwwab ad-Dubbat
neighborhood of al-Fallujah on Wednesday evening.
The al-Fallujah correspondent for Mafkarat
al-Islam reported eyewitnesses in Nuwwab ad-Dubbat as saying that the
battle broke out when Resistance fighters attacked an Iraqi puppet army
foot patrol. Witnesses said that one Iraqi puppet army soldier was killed
and another wounded and that one Resistance fighter also perished in the
clash. The Resistance men then withdrew from the area.
In a second incident, Iraqi Resistance forces
bombarded the Iraqi puppet army headquarters in the ash-Shuhada’
neighborhood of southern al-Fallujah with 82mm mortars, scoring direct
hits on the facility and sending smoke rising into the sky.
'Anah.
Iraqi Resistance car bomber blasts entrance to
US headquarters in 'Anah.
In a dispatch posted at 12:05pm Makkah time midday
Thursday, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance car
bomb exploded by a headquarters of the US occupation forces in the middle
of 'Anah in western Iraq about 85km from the Syrian border.

reported eyewitnesses in the city as saying that an Iraqi Resistance
fida’i fighter drove an explosives-laden car into the entrance of he
American headquarters in the middle of the city and blew up. The blast
caused extensive damage to the American facility, killing or wounding a
number of US and Iraqi puppet army troops who were in the area of the
entrance.
Baghdad.
Bodies of 19 Sunnis tortured, murdered, some
hanged from electric poles in predominantly Shi'i district brought to al-Yarmuk
Hospital Thursday.
In a dispatch posted at 6:25pm Makkah time Thursday
afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that 19 bodies of murdered
Sunni Iraqis were found in various parts of Baghdad as the campaign to
stir up sectarian strife in order to divide the country in keeping with US
and Zionist strategy continues.
The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam
reported a doctor in al-Yarmukh hospital, who asked not to be identified,
reported that between 8am and 4pm local time Thursday, 19 bodies of Sunni
Iraqi torture victims were found. Some of the bodies were badly
decomposed and swollen, having been killed some days earlier.
The doctor told Mafkarat al-Islam that the
bodies showed lacerations around their necks indicating that they were
hanged rather than being shot, as has hitherto been common in the Shi'i
sectarian murders. Mafkarat al-Islam reported that there were numerous
cases of Sunni Iraqis who had been hanged from electric poles in the
predominantly Shi'i Madinat ath-Thawrah district of Baghdad.
The doctor at al-Yarmuk Hospital said that the latest
19 victims ranged in aged from 20 to 50 years.

Guard" column north of al-Ishaqi.
In a dispatch posted at 4pm Makkah time Thursday
afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb
exploded by a puppet "Iraqi National Guard" column on the main road north
of al-Ishaqi, about 85km north of Baghdad.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam
reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that the bomb went
off by an Iraqi puppet "National Guard" column on the road to Balad in the
north. The blast destroyed a troop transport vehicle, killing two puppet
"National Guards" and wounding four more of them.

Resistance bomb targets convoy hauling
construction equipment to US bases north of Baghdad.
In a dispatch posted at 11am Makkah time Thursday
morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters
attacked a convoy of trucks driven by men working for the US occupation
forces that were hauling construction equipment for US bases in al-Mushahadah,
25km north of Baghdad.

reported eyewitnesses in al-Mushahadah as saying that Resistance fighters
attacked the truck convoy on the main road in al-Mushahadah, killing one
truck driver and wounding six more of them – all working for the US
occupation forces.

Resistance kills puppet "Rapid Intervention
Force" commander near Ba'qubah.
In a dispatch posted at 8:01pm Makkah time Thursday
evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters
shot and killed Colonel Sami Husayn 'Ali at-Ta’i, the commander of the
puppet "Rapid Intervention Force" in the Diyala Province puppet police and
three of his companions in the town of Kharnabat, northeast of Ba'qubah,
about 65km northeast of Baghdad.

reported three of the Resistance fighters who carried out the attack were
wounded but managed to withdraw from the scene.
In a separate incident, US occupation forces arrested
three Iranians and one member of the pro-American Shi'i sectarian Badr
Brigades and led them away to the American base in the city. An Iraqi who
works as a translator told Mafkarat al-Islam that the occuaptoni
forces discovered the four, near where the "Rapid Internvention Force"
commander was killed, but would not reveal any further details.

Resistance bombards joint US-Iraqi puppet army
camp in western al-Yusufiyah.
In a dispatch posted at 11:25am Makkah time Thursday
morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters
fired three 82mm mortar rounds into the camp jointly occupied by US and
Iraqi puppet army troops in the an-Nazim area to the west of al-Yusufiyah,
about 30km southwest of Baghdad.

reported eyewitnesses in al-Yusufiyah as saying that the joint camp in an-Nazim
took direct hits from the mortar shells, sending plumes of smoke billowing
into the sky. After the attack, US and Iraqi puppet army forces
surrounded the camp making it impossible to ascertain the nature or extent
of casualties caused by the barrage.

Resistance bomb blasts US equipment convoy south
of al-Latifiyah.
In a dispatch posted at 10:50am Makkah time Thursday
morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb
exploded by a truck convoy hauling military equipment to US bases on the
highway south of al-Latifiyah, about 30km south of Baghdad.

reported eyewitnesses in al-Latifiyah as saying that the bomb destroyed
one of the trucks, killing its driver immediately.

Resistance car bomber blows up west of al-Mawsil,
killing four puppet policemen.
In a dispatch posted at 1:55pm Makkah time Thursday
afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance car
bomb exploded by an Iraqi puppet police patrol on the main road to Sinjar
about 110km west of al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saying that an Iraqi
Resistance fida’i fighter drove an explosives-laden car into a
puppet police patrol on the road to Sinjar, destroying one patrol vehicle
and disabling a second and killing four puppet policemen and wounding four
more of them.

Resistance sharpshooter in al-Mawsil.
In a dispatch posted at 11:10am Makkah time Thursday
morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance
marksman shot and killed a US soldier in the an-Nur neighborhood in the
middle of al-Mawsil in northern Iraq.

reported eyewitnesses in an-Nur as saying that the American soldier was on
guard duty in an armored tower on the main road in the city when he took a
direct hit in the head from a Resistance sharpshooter’s bullet, killing
him instantly. He was seen falling within the armored tower.

Pro-American Shi'i sectarians blow up Sabean
temple in al-Basrah.
In a dispatch posted at 8:05pm Makkah time Thursday
evening, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that armed Shi'i sectarian
militias in the southern Iraqi city of al-Basrah blew up and destroyed a
Sabean temple in the al-'Ashshar district in the middle of the city.
The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam
reported eyewitnesses as saying that the bombing caused very heavy damaged
to the temple. The witnesses said that the Shi'i sectarian militias
raided the temple late at night and then blew it up. Mafkarat al-Islam
reported that Shi'i militias were believed to have blown up the Sabean
temple as part of their effort to establish a Shi'i "Islamic State" in
southern Iraq, to which end they wish to eliminate all "pagans."
The community of Sabeans, an ancient religious group
that predates Islam and Christianity, has about 75,000 members in Iraq.
