There was a huge protest march in
Washington on September 24th. More than 100,000 Americans marched in
front of the White House, calling for an end to the Iraq War and the
impeachment of George W. Bush. Don’t be surprised if you didn’t hear
about it. The mainstream media was too busy reporting on Hurricane Rita
to even mention the largest anti-war protest since the Viet Nam war—but
they did manage to find time to assure us that V.P. Cheney had come
through his leg surgery and was doing well.
On the Monday
after the march, Bush’s favorite Gold Star mom, Cindy Sheehan, and 370
protesters continued the protest by being arrested for refusing to move
from the sidewalk in front of our White House. They demanded to know,
"What is the Noble Cause?" What was worth the lives of 2000 American
soldiers?
"Our men and women who’ve lost
their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan and in this war on terror have died
in a noble cause and a selfless cause." --George W. Bush, 8/4/05

It was written in September 2000 by a group of neo-conservative
ChickenHawks, which included Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and Jeb Bush.

Anyone
who believes our military is being used for a noble cause should read
this document. It is the NeoConservative plan to take over the world.
In it, they advocate huge increases in military spending, more military
bases spread around the world, control of the world’s energy resources,
regime change whenever they are opposed, and the use of nuclear weapons
to achieve their goals.
All they needed was a President stupid
enough to go along with their plan and some kind of Pearl Harbor event
to scare the people enough that they could be stampeded into their New
World Order. Their first requirement was met in 2001 when the Supreme
Court appointed George W. Bush to be President.
"One of the keys to being seen as a great leader is to be seen as
commander in chief. My father had all this political capital built up
when he drove the Iraqis out of Kuwait and he wasted it. If I have a
chance to invade, if I had that much capital, I'm not going to waste
it. I'm going to get everything passed that I want to get passed and
I'm going to have a successful presidency." --not-yet President, George W. Bush, 1999
Then
came 9/11; Americans panicked, and NeoCons set their plan into motion.
So far, they have sacrificed nearly 2000 American soldiers, maimed ten
times that many, and slaughtered tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians.
They have poisoned an ancient land with depleted uranium, and poisoned
our own soldiers in the process. In four years, they have done more
damage to America than terrorists could ever do. America is no longer
seen as "the land of the free and the home of the brave". We are now
the aggressors; the torturers, the slayer of women and children—the
most dangerous country in the world.

waging war on another nation because that nation has defied

torn up more international treaties and disregarded more United

In
pursuit of this noble cause, Bush has abused and misused the men and
women in our military—using them in the NeoCon quest for empire, while
closing VA hospitals and cutting their benefits at home. And now, in
the ultimate hypocrisy, our nation is sending low-ranking soldiers to
prison to pay for the crimes of Donald Rumsfeld and George W. Bush.
You decide. Should American troops die for the NeoCon’s noble cause—as so eloquently described by Richard Perle:
"All this talk about first we are going to do Afghanistan, then we will
do Iraq... this is entirely the wrong way to go about it. If we just
let our vision of the world go forth, and we embrace it entirely and we
don't try to piece together clever diplomacy, but just wage a total
war... our children will sing great songs about us years from now."
…or George W. Bush’s noble cause?

Humanity has already made its choice:
