A year and half after the colonialist-Zionist Occupation of Iraq, the removal of its national régime and the destruction of the Iraqi state, its pillage and the murder of thousands of civilians, torturing millions, arresting and raping women, men and children and abusing them sexually, the Friendship, Peace and Solidarity Organization in Iraq (OFPSI) which is the largest and most important Non Governmental Organization (NGO) in Iraq, resumes its activities after a forceful interruption due to the exceptional conditions of the Occupation, which led the Occupation trained gangsters to assassinate many of the Friendship Organizations decision makers and chief executives, and the looting of the Organization Headquarters, burning its archives and the lists of organizations of the same interest such as the Arab Solidarity Committee, the Council of World Peace, the world National Peace Councils and other Friendship associations with Foreign Countries, not mentioning the arrest of scores of their employees, and the hijacking of its name by Zionists exploiting it to back the Occupiers.

Our Organization declares that it is determined to take active part in the great campaign-taking place in Iraq to reconstruct the State and the Society in its NGOs side by side with the ever growing and extending Iraqi armed revolution against the Occupiers. The developments of the situation in Iraq in the late months, has been more than clear to every observer. The Armed Resistance, the only and unique representative of the Iraqi people, has achieved outstanding and gigantic successes in the field of rebuilding the Iraqi State Institutions; such as the National Iraqi Army disbanded by the Occupier. This Army has become the Resistance fundamental striking force and has developed slowly to allow the Republican Guards, the Iraqi Army, the National Security services and the Military industries to play a decisive role to change the popular War (guerilla War) to the level of semi conventional war backed by Guerilla war styles, liberating most Iraqi towns which became secure back bases for the revolution and its Mujahidin. It is time for the Popular organizations, and for our organization in the first place to resume its cooperation with the Arab Solidarity committees and the World Peace Councils in different countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America, North America and Australia (55 associations).

The Colonialist-Zionist Occupation is collapsing, thanks to the armed revolution. It is absolutely possible that there will be a decisive collapse at any time from now, leading to the creation of a popular authority in Iraq headed by the Resistance. That is why the Popular Organizations should play a fundamental role to prepare the public Opinion in the Arab countries and in the World for this decisive moment through reestablishing contacts with our Organization and undertaking mutual activities against the Colonial Occupation of Iraq, to overcome the state of inertia and expectation which reigned due to the past horrors and the complexities of the Arab state of affairs in the period before the Occupation.

Our Organization declares to the whole wide World, that the time of truth has come and we appeal to the Arab National parties, the Popular Organizations such as the National Congress, and the Cultural and religious Unions and associations etc., to play their role fully in this decisive and historic period which will shape the fate of the Arab Nation in the light of its fundamental on-going Battle in the Jihad of Iraq. The Battle of the Arab destiny engaged by the Iraqi Resistance, will by itself determine the outcome of the Arab Central Cause, Palestine, and will influence its developments on the whole Arab Land. It will also rebuild the decaying World order, backing and favoring its multiplicity, and to suppress its unilateralist character and hegemony. US defeat in Iraq will indeed put an end to the US bullying and will encourage other world powers to say NO to the US, following the steps of Iraq's greatest (NO) in history. The initiative today has gone undoubtedly into the hands of the Arab liberation movement which is nowadays engaged successfully and powerfully into the Battle of liberating Iraq, a battle which the enemy sees and recognizes every day. All this is incarnated in one simple truth: the Iraqi armed revolution today has put America’s nose into the mire of defeats in the Iraq of Jihad, despite of the US being the most savage and the greatest evil empire in History. That is why our organization is honored to call all the popular organizations to get involved in the most honorable, greatest and gravest battle of the whole Arab history, through serious political and global coordination, and through news dissemination to back the Iraqi resistance, and break the cheap Arab Zionized satellite channels propaganda, and that of all the obscure valets forces of the US Zionism.
