Moreover, changing the individuals of the gangrened "court" judges and using more illegitimate and irregular ways to treat the Leader, his comrades an the Defense Committee, will not be a successful tactic which will affect the positions of the Leader and his comrades, and the Baath, its militants, the Armed Resistance and its mujahideens' holding on continuing and intensifying their able confrontation with the occupation and its puppet authority...

The "court" and the Battlefields are the Baath powerful confrontation arenas with the Occupation and its puppet authority!
The US, and its collapsing forces in Resisting Iraq and behind the scenes, the degraded puppet authority in Occupied Iraq, will never ever pick up any advantage from the "trial" of Comrade leader Saddam Hussein and his resisting comrades, the Baath heroes. Moreover, changing the individuals of the gangrened "court" judges and using more illegitimate and irregular ways to treat the Leader, his comrades an the Defense Committee, will not be a successful tactic which will affect the positions of the Leader and his comrades, and the Baath, its militants, the Armed Resistance and its mujahideens' holding on continuing and intensifying their able confrontation with the occupation and its puppet authority. According to the Resistance strategic objective to rout the Occupation and to liberate Iraq and the intermediary objective to wipe out the puppet authority represented by its institutions, its structures, and its traitors.
What happened in the "court" on the 29th January 2006 is an added failure for the US occupation, which is facing its fatal collapse in the front of the Baath and the Resistance. The events showed the most illegal and failed mean used by the judge obeying the Occupation directives while the leader and his comrades dealt with them in a way to confirm the defying and the supremacy of the Resisting project in the "court' and in the battlefield military confrontation as well. Just as the Baath succeeded and is succeeding into holding up to ridicule, to dwarf and to put the "court" to pieces, through exposing its illegitimacy, its irregularity and its legal and structural gangrening.
When the broken down US Occupation tries, asks and begs the debased puppet authority to face, in a crippled reaction, the Baath and the Jihadi Resistance able deeds on the terrain, as we witnessed this day during the "trial, the shining truth which plunges the Occupiers and their stooges in horrific nightmares is their continuous and ascertained loss in the confrontation in Resisting Iraq where the Baath and the Armed Iraqi Resistance have longer arms to win, in a decisive way, the mentioned historical confrontation in favor of the Baath, the Resistance and the free, Arab and unified Iraq and in favor of the Nation.
Just as the defiance and reaction of the beloved leader and his comrades in the "Court" are and will always be the genuine and effective reason to gangrene the "court" and to smash it, the Baath and the Resistance holding on the non negotiable Armed Resistance choice until the liberation of Iraq, is and will always stay the genuine and the effective reason to rout and to defeat the occupation, to wreck and to wipe out the puppet authority. Every time the Occupation desperately tries responding to the Baath and the Resistance using the "trial" of the Comrade Leader Mujahid and his heroes comrades Baathists every single time the Baath and the Resistance response was and will always be wider, greater, and deeper in the battlefields all over the battle arenas on the soil of Resisting Iraq.
In any case, those who accepted to be used as individuals and through their positions, as the Occupation and the puppet authority tools, to harm the beloved leader and his comrades in this "court", will lose and faster than they expect. For the Baath and the Resistance will not hesitate to hit these tools which have been already warned.
