It is a great personal honor to speak to you in my name, and in the name of the Friendship, Peace and Solidarity Organization in Iraq, which I head, and in the name of the Iraqi popular Unions, and organizations. I salute you and I salute your historical Congress, and I salute your guests from nationalist personalities and brother Jordanian national parties' representatives and I am glad to convey you the greetings of your Mujahidins brothers and sisters in the Iraq of dignity and the Armed revolution, who follow closely and have a great hope in your Congress to achieve outstanding organizational and militant objectives, which will fortify the Unity of Jordan and its Patriotic and national role and put the Baath in its more convenient position in the National Arab struggle.

Comrades !

We have been extremely happy while we were following up your new historical start, deeply incarnated to strengthen the organizational Party Unity, to widen its horizons to involve more Popular masses, symbols and forces, which are ready to participate in the shared destiny battle.

This great step, while correcting past organizational errors, raise your abilities to confront the present phase requirements, the phase of the future Arab revolution and launch an efficient and decisive counterattack, from the soil of Iraq, and give a push to the Popular masses renaissance from the Atlantic Ocean to the Arab Gulf, to the victorious end : A decisive Victory.

It is said that 90 percent of the political parties and movements in the Arab homeland have Baathist origins that is why the militants return to their party, will unify the Arab national rank, and correct its national and democratic lines.. Here I am glad on this very point to inform you that hundreds of Baathists who were made to quit or who abandoned the Baath in Iraq in past decades, and for various reasons, have returned to the Party after the invasion, and a great part of them is involved in the honorable battle for the party and for the Homeland. The Patriotic blood, and the Baathsit blood which is a part of it, will always be thicker than water.

We are highly confident that welcoming veteran Baathists within the Party in Iraq and Jordan will encourage the Party organization in the Arab Homeland to follow the same road, and give the Baath the Jihadi recovery on the pan Arab level, to follow the same Baath Jihadi example in Iraq and may play even a better historical required role. Also we do express our happiness for your generous initiative to establish a Jordanian National Front which includes all the national forces, be Islamic, nationalists or leftists, to allow the Jordanian People, the Iraqi people twin, express its free will in a force equal to the foreign challenges. The establishment of National Fronts in every Arab country is a precondition to defy effectively the US - Zionist onslaught, which has struck our Arab Homeland, trying to wipe out our National and religious identity.

The Iraqi national parties and forces work seriously and with serenity to develop the existing alliance between the Armed Resistance factions, and establish a wide National Front, getting ready with its structures for Iraq day of liberation from the US colonialist invasion and sooner than you think.

The third line which we observe proudly concerning the march of your militant party, is the support of the Iraqi Armed Resistance, as the sole and only representative of the Iraqi people, for you agree with the men carrying the rifles, the guardians of Arabian and Islamic principals in Iraq, and that the legitimacy in the liberation period sprouts from the gun barrel and not at all from the banquets of five stars hotels.

Because of these three lines you keep without flinching, your brothers and sisters from every factions, parties, and popular organization, in Iraq, feel that they have a strong backing in Jordan which stimulate their ardor and deepens the Iraqi-Jordanian eternal links.

Brothers and sisters!

What I want to stress rapidly here is that the Iraqi Armed revolution, known for its unique and extraordinary originality in the history of the Liberation wars : has completed its fundamental, military, and managerial preparations, to see Iraqi state coming from behind the stage, where it went on 9-4-2003 due to the destruction of the basic force of the Iraqi Army.

Lately the formation of the Army corps and the designation of commanders and officers to their units, to ensure a quieter and more peaceful control of the Iraq governorates, once the occupation either collapses, withdraws or submits to the Resistance conditions. Also political structures have been set and prepared for liberated Iraq, such as Mujahidins Shura Counsel, which will be the Iraq Parliament for the interim period and will includes besides Baathists, the Islamists, the Nationalists and the leftists opposing the occupation, the tribal chiefs and the religious scholars who played an honorable and dignified role in the Armed national revolution. Also a coalition ministry will be announced soon to include all the patriots who sacrificed blood for Iraq and its liberation.

I recall this to reassure your hearts concerning your brother and the your twin Jordan and our Jordan Iraq, where rumors beat the drums of the near partition of Iraq and encouraging an ethnical and sectarian civil strife, thanks to attempts undertaken by Iranian, US and "Israeli" brains and guns.



But allow me to tell you and God is a witness on I am saying, that your Iraq will never be partitioned because it has a Lord who protects it. Your Iraq will not be partitioned because it owns youth which believes in its soil and are ready to sacrifice their souls for it ! Iraq will never be partitioned because it has sons tanned arms which hold to the Land of the Two Rivers, from Abrahim Alkhalil post in the extreme north of Iraq, where your brothers the Kurds Mujahidins of Salah al Din al Ayubi fight against the occupation and its stooges, and towards the south where Ali's Shias, fight the occupation and liquidate the new Safawites; and in amonsgt the ones and the others, take the lead the heroic fighters of Al Anbar, Diyala, Mosul, Baghdad, Tikrit and Samarra raising high the banner of Allahu Akbar, the banner of liberation written by the blessed hand of the Imam of the Mujahidins Mr. President Saddam Hussein (may he be freed from the hands of his enemies).



Yes brothers and sisters, be reassured that the people which gave birth to the most courageous, the fastest, the fiercest Resistance in the history of humanity and has defeated the mightiest superpower, will put an end to any civil war attempt or disruption of the Revolution advance, in matter of few hours. The Iraqi Armed Forces, whose preparations have been completed to hold on publicly to the liberated Iraq, after controlling it practically now, are able, with the internal security forces and the Baath militants and the Resistance regiments with all its brotherly factions, to defeat any plot touching the Unity of Iraq and its Arabic nature, or to delay the announcement of the Liberation government.



Yes! Tomorrow you will be hearing the voice of Freedom announcing the expelling of the occupation and with it will be dumped traitor elements which collaborated with the occupation. Yes and I know like you do, the enemy power, his ferocity and his bestiality, but let me tell you, the Resistance has humiliated the US; and made it scream with pain.. Can't you see broken down Rumsfeld admitting : We are unable to defeat the Resistance ! We still remember how arrogant he was when he proudly threatened : we will hunt down Saddam diehearts and eradicate them in a short time! Where are insolent and arrogant Rumsfeld and Bush which made Richard Perle, the US prince of darkness say shortly after invading Iraq : we will not need to send our troops to Syria, Lebanon, Egypt and Saudi to (liberate them), for their rulers, according to his terms, are urinating on themselves with fear after seeing what has become of Iraq. They will surrender to us without us shooting one single bullet.! Today the Neocons are hiding. They have abandoned Bush to his fate eating his tongue, and Rumsfeld swallowing his tail, while the Resistance is inflicting to the colonialist occupier painful blows, and is widening its scope of actions from north to south and is swimming in every Iraqi area, asserting that the "Allahu Akbar" Banner is higher than their transcontinental missiles.


The US today are desperately looking for a rescue rope to help them out from the killer mess in Iraq. The Iraqi resistance has already said its final word : You Colonialists, you will never ever quit Iraq unless your legs are smashed broken; your myth destroyed, and your tyranny abated, for today you are not only facing the duty of liberating Iraq but also the revenge of millions of Arabs specially in Palestine and Iraq that you killed, tortured and deprived from having a decent and honorable life.

Yes dear brothers and sisters, here comes the day of the accountability and punishment mixed with the instant of the liberation, opening the door to save humanity from the worst, the most beastly Evil dictatorship in the history of Humankind. That is why we the Iraqi Resistance supporters, we are lucky to have the honor to witness this tremendous Historical change, with the only power which battled the US in the mother of All Battles, and made its armies and its mercenaries commit suicide on Baghdad ramparts as promised the planner the designer and the engineer of the Resistance, the living Martyr Saddam Hussein.

Who believes that the liberation of Iraq concerns only one Arab country is wrong ! and who believes that the liberation of Iraq is a nationalist act is wrong too. For what is going on in Iraq is all and more. It is a decisive change in a universal equation, and the direct and evident defeat of expansionist strategies.

Who failed in Iraq today, the US, have demonstrated to the whole world that they are unable to colonize it, that is why we see humanity today encouraged and ready to say a big No to the US, following the example of Resister Iraq which said No during the embargo and in the decisive ongoing battle against the US expansionism.

As the Iraqis invented the first letter, today they write for humanity their modern times history and achieve the first victory against the Evil Dictatorship. That is why we say it with utter confidence : from Iraq will come the salvation, and you will see battalions of liberators heading towards the Colonialists and Zionists centers to achieve a decided and a decisive objective.. So Arabs, here comes the hour of victory, raise your heads, this is the instant grasp on to the initiative to stand on the summit of history to shape it, to draw the limits of its masses and redefine its symbols.

In the name of every Revolutionary Iraqi, in the name of those who decided to liberate Iraq, in the name of those who shed their immaculate blood for the sake of a free and an Arab Iraq, I salute you again, and I salute your Congress, and I say : the Armed Iraqi Revolution martyrs souls are hovering above your Congress, for its a Congress of the believers in God and in the dignity and the respect of the human being and the homeland of the human being.

Long live the Armed Iraqi Revolution !

Long live Palestine free and Arab from the river to the sea!

Long live your historical Congress, the congress to strengthen the Party unity and the proud Jordanian Homeland unity and the backing of the national liberation struggle!

Long live the Jordanian national unity, a base to preserve Jordan independence and unity!

Long live the Baath as a symbol for the Resistance, heroism and sacrifices of the nation on the way to liberation and unity.

Victory and only victory !

Salah Al-Mukhtar had worked at the Iraqi mission to the United Nations, then, in the years 1990-1991, at the Arab League as assistant to the Secretary General holding responsibility for Information.
